More than what we do,
it’s how we work

Partnerships and investment

Our approach to scaling the delivery of affordable housing solutions is through partnership. Operating within a strong regulatory framework, CHPs provide confidence to partners while remaining anchored to purpose. Funding and managing social and affordable homes involves a combination of project partnerships, financing arrangements and government funding.

We are the connector between government and our commercial partners, brokering the financing and delivery models we need to scale new supply, whilst safeguarding long-term affordability for the customers and communities we serve. We use commercial acumen and maximise value for money without compromising purpose – ensuring growth in housing delivery is always aligned with creating positive outcomes for people and communities.

Policy and advocacy

We need more high-quality homes that are fit for the future, communities and individuals across the country. From our capital cities to regional Australia, the need is urgent and real.

We know that solving Australia’s housing crisis, including creating more social and affordable homes, will need everyone across the industry to work together.

The collective end-to-end expertise of our team means we have an extensive background in acting as a key connector, advisor and collaborator with governments at all levels, service providers, funders, developers and other stakeholders to advocate for the right policy and investment settings, which enable more homes to be available for more Australians.

A focus on placemaking

When exploring our extensive capabilities, there is a consistent theme: to integrate impact through everything we do and to create diverse integrated communities that offer a sense of place and belonging.

When developing properties, our expertise drives architects, builders and development partners to create places and homes which are accessible, sustainable and foster thriving communities.

When working with communities and customers, we develop programs and initiatives that enhance wellbeing and social connection and enable greater opportunities for employment, education and skills growth.
