Marketing and advertising mediums such as online advertising, our own database of tenants and waiting lists are used to finding the right tenant. We aim to present your property at its very best during open for inspections. We have a rigorous tenant selection process to ensure the tenant has a good background and rental history and is an NRAS eligible tenant under the Scheme.

Repairs and Maintenance

We understand the importance of maintaining your properties in a good condition and when items do break down, repairs and maintenance be acted upon promptly to prevent situations worsening. CHL has a large number of qualified and insured local tradespeople capable of repairing and maintaining items around your property and can obtain fair prices on trade services. We communicate all maintenance issues with owners directly before taking action.

Compliance Services

There are a number of State and Federal Compliance requirements which a tenant must meet to be eligible to claim for the NRAS incentive. We offer compliance services to ensure State and Federal Incentives are received hassle free and on time.  These include:

  • Tenant Demographic Assessment at the commencement of the tenancy and on the anniversary of tenancy start date.
  • Dwelling rent charged assessment to ensure it is compliant with NRAS required discount market rents
