OVERVIEW

Project Development as part of the Project Services Department in CHL is responsible for Business Development and growth of the organisation and continuing CHL expansion in both public as well as private sectors.

Project development team comes from range of professional backgrounds including planning, design, business development, property development, real estate and construction.

Our philosophy is to take ownership of each and every project which we are involved and lead it from the first stage of the development process being Project mandate, to the handover stage of the project where the project is passed on to the client.

Our Approach

Initiation and progress of any project including project management are controlled and measured by using Prince 2 methodology. All project development staff members are adequately trained in effectively using Prince 2.

Our Services

CHL project Development is specially forced on the innovative ways of delivery, combining different stakeholders and funding sources. It is recognised that the traditional sources of funding are not available, in order to maintain the growth of the organisation, we had to be creative and innovative. This approach elevated CHL to be recognised as a leader in the affordable housing industry as well as community housing sector itself.
