  • Project management of large scale planned work programs from tendering through to completion.
  • Access to our network of contractors for servicing of essential services such as lift maintenance, fire detection and firefighting equipment.
  • Our team of technical staff can provide detailed property assessments such as stock condition information, asset planning and the identification of remedial works
  • Use of our Internal Maintenance Service team that can deliver quality cyclical grounds and garden maintenance services.
